Terms of Service
Our service
WenKind is a Chinese naming tool for cultural and linguistic reference (Software / SaaS). It does not interpret a person’s future, predict life events, or promise any outcome from a name. Bazi and Five Elements notes are traditional cultural reference only.
What you receive
The paid product is a one-time digital report with 5–8 candidate names, a private report link, family voting, and a naming certificate. There is no subscription. After successful payment, your report link remains valid until you request deletion or a refund. Unpaid projects are deleted 90 days after creation; refunded projects are retained for 90 days from the refund date. Voting and certificate links can be revoked and expire. Certificates are keepsakes only.
Using the service
Submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not use the service for illegal activities, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt the service. You and your family decide whether to adopt a name.
Breach and termination
If you provide false information or information you are not authorized to provide, abuse our API or disrupt the service, or use reports for illegal purposes, we may refuse service, revoke report, voting, and certificate links, and withhold refunds. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If a dispute arises, first contact us through the support email in the footer to try to resolve it.
Responsibility
Information and text may contain errors. Please check important details. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from using a report. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
